My background is operations, not a computer-science degree. I ran the business, felt the manual pain, and learned to build the systems that fix it. That operator's lens is why what I ship gets used instead of shelved.
I've delivered end-to-end Business Central across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, including a seven-entity, multi-currency rollout for a government mining and energy group, and I run roughly twenty AI agents in production against a live Dynamics 365 org.
